The sauces are truly ready to use and therefore require no embellishment.
We have 2 main ranges of sauces:
- Indian Curry Sauces to suit every palette! Ranging from mild Korma, through medium Balti to hot Madras the choice is yours!
- To compliment our Indian Sauces - a choice of delightful flavours - Thai Green, Thai Yellow and Thai Red
These sauces are manufactured to the highly exacting standards required by Restaurants, Caterers and members of the Public, who demand the highest quality and consistency in fresh curry sauce. Manufacture is undertaken with full BRC Approved Accreditation.
Each consumer pot contains 475gm of Fresh Curry Sauce (not a mix or a paste) and due to it's unique packaging and manufacture, carries a shelf life of 6 months from time of manufacture. You will be guaranteed at least 3 months shelf life from time of purchase. Each pot carries a best before date, for verification purposes.
12 of the 14 Sauces are Gluten Free and conform to the requirements of the Coeliac Society of Ireland
